PLC Programmable Logic Controller

3 Months Paid Training Program

Course Introduction

PLC is a necessity in every running commercial and industrial facilities especially in the field of automation, automobiles, cement industries, steel industries, fertilizer industries etc.

Future technologies requires automation to save labor and time. This training will cover the techniques to make electrical or mechanical equipment such as compressors, boilers, lighting, CNC machines, Hydraulic press, pneumatic control, servo motors and drives, inverters etc. to work automatically.

Simplify a logic circuit by implementing techniques for variable reduction such as Boolean algebra, De-Morgan’s Law and K-Maps.

Install and configure sensors, limit switches, relays, timers, counters using PLC and implement sequential controls on sensors and actuators to fulfil requirement. The training will also cover the method to make user interfacing with PLC control through HMI.

Career Information

Automation sector has provided a great back to almost every industry such that as per the forecasters, the automation will bring a fundamental change in industrial organization. Representing the continuation of scientific management, rationalization and mechanization, the automation sector has cited an accelerated growth in past few years adding an economic significance all across the globe. With increased job opportunities in widening automation sector, it has become imperative to have appropriate skills and knowledge.
